With 20 years in property management and leadership experience on the Board of Health and Police Services Board, he has guided major reforms in governance, sustainability, and community development. As founding Chair of Limestone City Co-operative Housing, Jeff leads large-scale projects uniting housing, vertical farming, and AI-enabled planning. He combines civic insight, systems thinking, and deep accountability to help organizations turn data into trusted, resilient intelligence.

Reuben Izang is a results-driven project manager and environmental systems specialist with over a decade of corporate experience spanning sustainability, operations, and stakeholder engagement. His background in waste-to-resource management, project leadership, and process optimization brings disciplined, measurable impact to every VisionQuest AI deployment. As a member of the Project Management Institute and Solid Waste Association of North America, Reuben bridges technical execution with environmental responsibility—delivering solutions that are data-driven, durable, efficient, and compliant.
